gym equipment helpful staff long queue chaotic breakfast
The hotel gym included MANY weights and cardio machines. Princess was very friendly and helpful each time I used the gym. She always had a wonderful smile. I also found the pool area fabulous, and the food and drink service was great. Staff were very helpful there.
The check in process felt VERY long. It seemed like it took longer than going through immigration in some countries! The breakfast was chaotic with a long queue to enter.

Inconsistent Service at a High Price
slow check-in noisy lobby
The check-in process was very slow despite many staff at the front desk. It took too long. My room card stopped working. Getting a replacement card took about twenty minutes. I found no staff available to assist me quickly. The lobby was overcrowded and noisy. I expect better from this kind of hotel.

walk-in shower helpful staff luxury amenities unfair charge late check-in unrefunded payment
the room offered adequate space and included a walk-in shower. the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. the hotel had amenities expected of a luxury hotel (i especially liked the pool).
i had to pay for the 13th because i was checking in before 3 pm on the 14th. i found this unfair because i effectively paid for an extra day.
