Inconsistent Service at a High Price
slow check-innoisy lobby
The check-in process was very slow despite many staff at the front desk. It took too long. My room card stopped working. Getting a replacement card took about twenty minutes. I found no staff available to assist me quickly. The lobby was overcrowded and noisy. I expect better from this kind of hotel.

the room offered adequate space and included a walk-in shower. the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. the hotel had amenities expected of a luxury hotel (i especially liked the pool).
i had to pay for the 13th because i was checking in before 3 pm on the 14th. i found this unfair because i effectively paid for an extra day.
